Hi,
I bought my 1st erg in Canada and carried it back to Switzerland, but that was 20 years ago (was a model A). It was still in it's original package. I did not have to pay anything for the transport, only tax & duty on arrival.
Good luck!

Maybe some environmental factors influenced your performance: is there better air circulation at the club than at home? is the temperature similar? (I usually try to work out at max 23C, if the room gets up to 25 or more I can see a significant drop in performance, for timed pieces I try to get the ...

Very serious, Ancho. Take a look at competitive runners and they are VERY very lean, compared to the typical rower who is bulky, overweight, and doesn't have the same fitness. Look at Xeno, for example. He is 250 pounds! Come on give me a break. 250 pounds! Please don't try to tell me he is burning...

When you boot windows on a Mac, won't you suck all the windows-internet trouble into your beautiful Mac? Yes and no, I have also a PC and I do not "suck in" internet troubles!!! A good antivirus program and a firewall as well as commun sense when opening email or running/opening attachments helps a...

Mark,
I'm travelling a lot until August 10, so if the Summer series are a late Summer series, I'll join. I would like better longer distances.

Re: Participants' bug in 2.002?

John, check your settings in the user settings in the application (Rowpro) itself, as well as your user profile that you can access on the Rowpro website (www.digitalrowing.com) under the customer menu. otherwise email to rowpro support. hope that helps, Holm I've only just now tried connecting RowP...

Rowpro doesn't have any screenshots or even lists of features on their site, so it is hard to tell what it does have and does not. RowPro offers a free 20 days trial! Paul correct me if I'm wrong: Ergmonitor offers a free trial as well. So just try and make up your mind!! (or end up getting both!!)

you can check if it is still in the PM3 memory. go to Logcard > Logcard utilities > move workout. You might see your workout there.

Thanks,
I'm back from HCMC. I found 2 ergs at hotels: The Caravelle and Sofitel, both charge for the use of the fitness room (includes use of pool as well) 23 and 11.5 USD repectively. So i did not end up using them too much :D

The connector of my PM3 broke off and C2 replaced the PM3. You can try to open the PM3 and see if the connector is still well attached to the board.

You can always create a new profile with a new user name but the rest of the info in the profile the same. Repeat for as many entries as you feel the need for in a ranking category.

You can create for example a heavy and a lightweight profile, etc.

Concept2 in Vietnam

Does anybody know where a C2 erg is available in Vietnam in Ho CHi Minh City (Saigon)? Hotel, Fitness club or private?
Thanks for any information.

Some light for Mac users (with Intel processor)

I installed Apple Boot Camp and Windows XP Pro SP2 on my Imac (Intel Dual Core), I can now boot with Win or Mac (should say Mac or Win). Then I installed RowPro and Ergmonitor, and both seem to work fine. I did a short QR on RowPro which went well and the results were online as well. For EM the DF, ...

By chance I noticed something similar with the meters of Andreas van Tonder: on the annual meter bord he has 2,254,724 (on the first page of 5000 and more meters a day) and in the team standings he has 3,075,724 (Rowpro team, a few lines below you Eric). My meters seem always transfered/uploaded, et...
