It was a great weekend for rowing! New PB for the 10k Saturday. Completed my first Marathon today. Pretty decent 10k for an old guy: av 2:03.4/500 split, pretty slow Marathon: av 2:19.9/500 split - played it conservatively. Had energy left over at the end... but, speaking of the 'end'...as I predict...

Well, as sort of an endurance crazy....my thought is that, once you can comfortably get past a half marathon, your pretty much good to go for a full one. Looks like the next Team Challenge event is March 15-April 15 (NARC)... might be a nice time to get in a warm-up Marathon for the April 16-30 Global Marathon Challenge.
