I'm in... 31 days of exercise (1 hour rows or runs). No sweets &/or junk food... I actually did this last year and never felt better! Really excited about this. Good luck everybody!!!

Yours in madness... Jane

Thanks all of you for your kind words of support!!! I was really down about this the other day. But had a really successful run -- even with taking a whole week off (of running). I think that this is more of a mental fatigue that anything physical. I can deal with a painful hamstring, but emotionall...

Ancho,

Great effort!!! Wow, I'm so impressed. I'm running a marathon on Jan 8th. Really distressed about it, though. I've put a lot of training in (not as much as you)--but have had some problems with pulled hamstrings. I ran my last long run 8 days ago (went 22 miles--in 16 degree farenh...

I checked that link & I don't think that rowPro will work with a Mac. I am hoping that santa is going to bring me a new monitor for my c2--and this would be something that I could do. Maybe I need to go computer shopping! Does that software come with the C2's these days?

After running & walking many miles, I got a C2 (as a valentines day gift--good for the heart in more than one way). I've been erging for clos...

slo boat,

Thanks so much for all of your information!!! You have given me much to think about. I was trying to train for the marathon using 3-4 days running (2 or 3 @ 5-6 miles and one long run) and 3 days rowing (one hour each). Maybe (after this feels better) I should change that ratio!...

I'm having a difficult time with my hamstring. I have been rowing for 2.5 years (6.5million), early this past spring I started running again with no initial problems. I registered for a marathon (Jan 8th), and now I have a really sore hamstring. I am wondering if I should take total rest (not desira...
