ok strange thing. I decided to just row an easy 30 minutes tonight so I ended with an odd number of meters. I just logged my meters and for the January challenge--my final meters for the month are 166,666 how strange is THAT??!!!!!!

I am feeling pretty good. at the beginning of the month I had a depressing step on the scale at the dr. office that really set me back. but then I realized that while the scale said I hadnt lost anything suring the holiday challenge I FELT better and I had certainly lost inches. the challenge helped...

OK--I couldnt row on the 1st for various reasons but was able to sneak in 6k yesterday and was feeling pretty good until I checked the challenge stats and WOW-- there are some people who have already logged over 50k and several who have already hit 100k... how is that possible??? we are only 2 days ...
