Training

I was a Starboard in college, so on the erg my left leg stays pretty straight, but my right knee leans out and my right arm goes between my knees. It's a habit that I can't seem to break, but I noticed w/ the Holiday Challenge that it is causing some pain in my right foot.

Hi Jen, thanks for the welcome! I'm 36K away from the 200K mark. I'm soooooo excited, I'm going to order both the sweatshirt and the tee, too. It's been pretty difficult finding the time, but my husband has been really supportive - he'll feed the baby while I row, etc. I underestimated the time dema...

Hi everyone! I'm a new Duck, I just joined a couple days ago. My name is Emily and I'm 27. I rowed in college at Virginia Tech for three years. (Starboard) I really loved being on the crew team at Tech, but after I graduated and moved back home I got back into my high school sport - volleyball. <br ...

I'm definitely in for losing a pound a week in January, even if it means having to step on the scale I try to avoid weighing myself at all costs. I'm still trying to work off some stubborn "baby fat" from having my son. I've still got about thirty lbs to lose!! D@!* you, Ben & Jerry!

Anyw...

Hi Ducks! I just joined today and I'm very excited to be part of a team again! I just got my erg in October after 6 years away from the sport and I am loving it!

I'm working on the Challenge, I have 150,000 done and I can't believe that I've been able to do that.
