I have the same problem if I row first thing in the morning. I do much much better if I eat a good breakfast at the normal time then row about 1-1/2 hours later. Another suggestion to increase your caloric intake in a healthy nutrient-dense way is too add nuts,nut butters, and seeds (and maybe cheese?) a couple times a day. Good luck!<br><br>
