I agree, but isn't the whole ctc (and other online indoor rowing competitions) based on honesty anyway?

Just to clarify/confirm. Our challenge will be 4 individual sprints of 100m, 200m, 300m and 400m. These can be performed at any time during the month. I take it that means standing starts for each rep? The per 500m score of each item will be used so the total distance registered will be 2k. You sur...
