I just want to wish you all good luck on the half marathon. I really hope you all do great. I will be in New York on business and could try to blame it on that alone. But in reality, I'm just not ready yet. Hopefully one day soon. But in the meantime, I'm on the sidelines chearing you on. Best of lu...

WooHoo.....a new best time today. 23:34.9 in the 5000. I didn't even get on it with any intention of besting myself. I was just trying to get in a quick workout to get outside and help with the lawn since it's Father's Day tomorrow. You just never know where the motivation will come from.

I've read alot about strapless rowing. Being a newbie, I decided I wasn't ready for that. But I did try to concentrate on not depending on the straps and trying to keep my feet from leaning into them. I also tried to concentrate on slowing down during the recovery. I have been able to keep stroke ra...

Wow Carla, I'm so impressed that you play violin. But playing in those kind of conditions. I can't imagine. At this time of year, you must live somewhere in the Southwest. I'm here in Texas and that sounds like the kind of heat we have. It's 8:30p.m. and 89. For a gal who's originally from the North...

Wow, I am so impressed by all of you. One day I'll try a marathon. I'm afraid I'm not there yet. One day soon.

I keep hearing people talking about the rankings and where they stand. The only thing I have found is the overall meters that DIAR members have posted. Am I missing something? I...

I have only had my C2 since the middle of April. I just joined DIAR. I will do my best to add some met...
