Re: BikeErg and Zwift connection question

I'm using Zwift on an iPhone X. To connect, I first start Ergdata and connect it. Then I start Zwift, which doesn't 'see' the PM5. So I turn the wireless on the PM5 off and then on, and I can connect in Zwift. After my workout, I have recorded it both in Ergdata and Zwift. Not a very elegant solutio...

Re: Holiday Challenge

         You guys are awesome! Yay us! Thanks for the cheers, and congratulations team! I finished my 100K a couple days ago, and the rest is a gift. Mostly I aimed for a 2:50 on the long pieces, and a 2:30 for the sprints. Slow but sure huh? Hope all are...

Re: Holiday Challenge

Hello team! I'll certainly miss you all after Christmas, this has been fun for me! The 2 teams you have mentioned look like fun. I've been worried about joining one, because my schedule is so erratic these days, and I certainly don't contribute well to the 'average meters' category. Let me know what...

Re: Holiday Challenge

Hello, Hello Sharky, Sally and Jill! Sorry for disappearing for a week or so, but I've been checking on you. :) I'm still using the Pete plan workouts on days when I don't need to take hubby to the hospital (he's a regular), and, you know, the daily rowing has really helped my leg! In 2016 I injured...

Where are you located? I have a set I'm not using, but shipping might be a problem.

Re: Holiday Challenge

Football and rowing. Me too! You all are inspiring me! I'm using the Pete plan (beginner) again, and I'm on the 3rd week. Good not to think too much about what I'm going to do next. I did about 7K Thursday, and I think I'll try to do this daily until lack of recovery or 'life' gets in the way....

Re: Holiday Challenge

Me too! But I'm 70!

I couldn't do it last year because of an injury (I think I got that figured out now) so I'm looking forward to this. But only the 100K.

Nice to meet you! :D

Re: Maintaining splits at different/higher stroke rates

FWIW, our cox would tell us "once your legs are doing everything they can, the only way to increase your stroke rate is to make your hands faster".
