New PB!

Just beat my last 'best' 10k by almost 90 seconds. 45:30 @ 2:16.4. I'm stoked!

I've been rowing only about 6 weeks, but think I'm up for the 100k. I didn't even think I was going to try it until last night I finally got my meters online and noticed I was already 15k in. I think I'm going to aim for 150k, as 200k would be a long shot. Fianlly got my TV in front of the rower and...

Wow, these are some pretty impressive numbers here! I'm fairly new at this and was pretty proud of myself for hitting my first 5k @ ~2:20 pace this morning :) Now I wanna get back on it after work!

I am out of shape and overweight, at about the 70k mark, been getting up to around 25 minute workouts. I am averaging a pace of 2:35 or so, every now and then I give it my best and get it to 1:55 for 10-20 strokes, which usually gets my HR up to about 145-150. I then back off and then steady it out ...

Wow... all I can say is keeping up with the exercise bike while away for 10 days really paid off. I easily rowed about a third further than I had before. Not working out my arms though - yeah, I felt that big time in the first 10 minutes but after that I forgot about it. I am having blister issues. ...

Give me a little time to catch up :) Yeah, I've been on a bike for the last 5 days or so while out in LA. It's been alright. But if someone in else in the exercise room is using the 8 pound weights I feel out of balance! haha. One thing I'll be doing this spring for a little encouragement is going t...

Use the Machine Finder utility on the C2 Home site to find hotels that have C2 machines in their exercise rooms. Welcome to the fray. Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I think that's a really rare occurance. I've never seen one in a hotel... and I would wager that the only time you are going to s...

New rower, a couple questions...

Hello all! Excited to finally make my first post. I'm 32, 5'11", 245lb. Pretty out of shape. My two goals are to get my blood pressure down and lose ~50lb in a year. I kayak on the weekends, primarily flatwater and some class 1 rivers. I heard about the concept2 on paddling.net and bought a model D ...
