Hi guys and that was my first taste of online rowing, at one stage I had a split time for one of you which was about a hundred digits, running across the entire screen. When I tried chat, no one was there or so it seemed. at the very end someone set up a QR, then we got two fault starts and nothing....

I noticed the problem with the club totals I was still looking at the old list using a favorite or shortcut. I must admit I like the PM3 display that shows average pace, current pace and estimated time to finish. I use the esimate time to finish for my 10K's and I do as Carla writes by knowing the time I need to beat, usually the next person on the ladder.

I got my 1 million metres T shirt and certificate today :D They are pretty quick at getting these out in Aus. Also tried a 10K last night and gave up after 1.3K - couldn't get enough air in :( Then woke up this morning with a stinking cold, so not much from me for a few days. Best to get it now rath...

Question: In my last 5K row I was holding a HR of 174-178 for the better part of 15 mins.
