Hi guys and that was my first taste of online rowing, at one stage I had a split time for one of you which was about a hundred digits, running across the entire screen. When I tried chat, no one was there or so it seemed. at the very end someone set up a QR, then we got two fault starts and nothing....

I noticed the problem with the club totals I was still looking at the old list using a favorite or shortcut. If you go to your logbook and follow the link to clubs on the top left you should see 131 clus who have logged metres failing that you might need to get rid of the C2 cookies in your browser ...

I only use the pace boat in the first split - to get ahead of it:-) then hit the change display button to show the averages. Brendin How do you hit the display button in the middle of a piece? Bob S. Quickly  Obviously, you have to have the monitor arm positioned where you can quickly poke the...

 Another failed attempt at a faster 10K tonight. I think the pace boat on the PM3 is actually psyching me out. Each time I've pretty much been on schedule to at least do as well as the time before, and with a mad sprint at the end, possibly do better. However as I almost puked last time and w...

Mrs T you count every metre you row as far as I'm concerned. I always count warm ups, cool downs anything. Basically if I make that wheel spin, I want the metres I often do 5 minute rows during the day, I work at home and find it quite easy to sneak into the garage for 5 minutes, normally about 1100...

Mrs T you count every metre you row as far as I'm concerned. I often do 5 minute rows during the day, I work at home and find it quite easy to sneak into the garage for 5 minutes, normally about 1100 metres - they all count and they all add up. Great row on the 10K - I'm going to have to look back a...

I got my 1 million metres T shirt and certificate today :D They are pretty quick at getting these out in Aus. Also tried a 10K last night and gave up after 1.3K - couldn't get enough air in :( Then woke up this morning with a stinking cold, so not much from me for a few days. Best to get it now rath...

Question: In my last 5K row I was holding a HR of 174-178 for the better part of 15 mins. Previously my anerobic threshold was early 170's so the question is how far to push for the 2k....looks like I may have to be getting into mid-180's which for someone of 39 is getting scary close to MHR (I did...
