Deutschsprachige gesucht | German-speaking needed

========== Deutsch ========== Hallo!

Hi Rich, first: thank you very much for this excellent answer! I will search for the plans you wrote down and see which one suits best for me. The main "problem" is that I still want to sustain my current muscle mass and if I row everytime I'm in gym this is going to be very tough. Again, thanks! Ha...

Regeneration?

Just a short question: What is your max. rowing workouts in one week? Or what would you advice if you row at least one hour?

I don't know if I have enough time but I will also try the 200k. Unfortunately I just saw (thanks to this forum) that there is this challenge :)

thank you very much!!! I was active in sports before (weights, running, cross trainer) but I didn't thought that I would be able to achive reasonably good results so early.

Somehow this Concept2 becomes addictive to me...

In my opinion the Concept2 rowing machine is too noisy to use if your walls are really thin. I would not use it in a flat share at night.

Perhaps you can do your workout in the afternoon or late evening.

Just my opinion ;)

RowPro in local gym?

Hi! Is anyone of you so crazy to use the RowPro in your local gym?

I get more and more fascinated by indoor rowing and this software looks really cool!

And a second question if you don't mind: Is the rowpro file as good as a verification?

How good? New to rowing after jogging and lifting weights.

Hi! I am very new to rowing. After a long run in the Netherlands I had a big blister and I searched for an alternative sport. Now I rowed 12 times in total on a concept2 rowing machine and was able to achieve this result for my first attempt to row an hour: http://www.geekysports.com/wp-content/uplo...

Verification Code?

Hi! Does someone know how to get the verification code from the PM3 computer? I recently started something like a series where I add 5 minutes every workout (if you're interested here is the link) and I just can't find the menu for the verification code. I use a rowing machine in my local gym. Do I ...

Hi andyb2004! Thank you very much for your fast reply. Unfortunately I did not enable notification for this post, so sorry for my late answer.

I will definately consider rowing pro. But I guess people in my local gym will look very curious if I bring my laptop with me :)

Thanks!

Started Rowing - Need some help, please

Hi, my first post in this forum! I just discovered indoor rowing this month! It's a lot of fun and I think it's an excellent workout! Before that I was running and lifting some weights. I'm always searching for motivating gadgets to track my progress. What do you think about the LogCard? I consider ...
