wow - a few of you mentioned doing 5 - 6000 meters a day without a problem - what am I doing wrong after 2000 meters with a slow time of about 3 minutes per 500 I'm exhausted. I'm 47 years old and only 10 lbs. overweight I guess I have to sign up for one of those indoor classes.

Ducks in A Row

Brand new rower and I would like to join Ducks in a Row but my computer does not have the same options as there instuctions on the forum does - Concept II told me to contact a manager or captain of that team - anyone know how I can do this? Very slow & very much a beginner - thanks - Kathy
