Today: 5K in 23.5' after 20 minutes of level 2 stairmaster with only a 2-3 minutes leg stretching break between.

75K+ still in my first couple weeks with the rower :), a few 10K days mixed with dead lifts and squats :), and lots of multiple 2K days.
