Lifetime Meters

I just bought a new - well it's new to me Model D with a PM3 - much different that my old B. My question is how do you check the lifetime meters? I'm sure I have seen it on here before but can't find it now.

Thanks,

Marvin

Bruce - I was out of town about 10 of the last 13 days. I did find a Gym in Houston and rowed for two hours - got in 25K, my longest row. I did get off about half way and get some water. It was a nice new Model D - much smoother than my old Model B. I have not lost any pounds yet. I'm not too discou...

I need to lose about 20 lbs - maybe we could challange each other.

I will be in Houston all next week and don't want to be off of the rower for six days! I have called a few gyms in the area and no one has a rower. Any input ...

Pat - Zachary is my 12 year old son. He saw me rowing every day that I was home during our Jan challenge. He wants to start rowing so we signed him up. I hope that this was OK? I don't think he will put up any monster numbers but he is having fun! I want to thank you for you leadership and encourage...

Thanks for all the support! I have rowed more in the last 20 days than I have since I got this rower in November - even being out of town for 5 days with no rower! This team is great and I love the motivation - lets keep it up.

On another note - I have lost 2 pounds. :P

I know that he is much stronger that I ever hope to be. I have been a cyclist for years and am trying to relate to that. For instance if I'm riding with someone in the same gear ratio and the same cadence then we will be traveling at the same speed. One of us may be working harder because of weight ...

Question from new rower. I'm new, not the rower. OK - I'm rowing with Xeno today the 19 min pyramid. Great workout! A few questions - occasionally he will announce the time for 500M and he is always 20 or 30 seconds faster than I am and I'm am rowing at the exact same stroke rate that he is doing on...

I also have a B with a PM1 and would like to upgrade. After reading this post I'm not sure which one I want. Where do you buy them? Would anyone on this site have a PM2 they would want to part with? Is the conversion hard to do? How often should the rollers and shock cords be replaced? I'm sure mine...

Yes, 1/2 slide. I 'm still very new to this. In watching the video Xeno shows that your heel should not lift until the 3/4 mark. I've really enjoyed reading your posts and look forward to improving.

Thanks

Flexibility

I just received my new videos from Xeno and I love them! Here is my problem. I can’t keep my heel on the foot board past ½ stroke. Is this something to worry about or is there anything I can do to improve my flexibility? I feel that I can't push as hard with the ball of my foot as I could if I could...

David -

Looks like were in the same boat - different ponds. I also just turned 40 and have about 30 lbs to lose. Hopefully we can all shed some weight during this contest.

Good Luck,

Marvin
