Weight Loss/ Weight Control
Hi - I started on September 25th - weighing in at 168 pounds - on January 5th 2006 I weighed 154 pounds and will weigh again on Feb. 15th. I think that besides losing pounds am gaining muscles so it is a slow process - don't know how to speed up the weight loss ??
