I have a pair off Pavels books and he is very competent ass well, when I think getting stronger and building volume I think fewer reps like 6 - 8 heavy, last rep should be very hard to complete. if you can do 10 to 12 to light. I would say to drink whenever you feel you have the neede, and to drink Water I love my selve to emty a botle of cold Water
