I have to agree with Hal Morgan, go to the Dr. Ask if physical therapy would be helpful as well. Don't try to treat it yourself but ask a Dr and PT. Good luck.

If you can get hold of some black foam insulation it's about an inch thick, it works pretty well. Also you could try wearing biking shorts when you row, if you get good ones with gel padding in the butt, it may work.

good luck
Training

I'm the odd one here, I row at 4pm-6pm or 7pm depending. It's straight from school to crew then home for a shower, food and then hours of homework. After that I get to enjoy my five hours of sleep Then it repeats.
~Sara~

On the soft top make sure that the boat is resting withit's weight on teh gunnel not on the top. Also maybe make the rack a few inches down to the stern and take out the stern plug and other hatches so that if any moisture gets in (perhaps through the skeg alghough unlikely) there won't be a big pro...

I noticed on their site that the latest date they have is "World Championships 2003" so I'd say it may be out of date. The product may be a good idea but it does look rather promative although I can't be judgmental by looks. I'd say send the company a message asking about their product and see if th...

If your hands didn't overlap at hands away imagine how far apparth they'd be during the layback. That would present some problems so the idea is to get the best out of both worlds I think. I know it can present a problem with occasional snags of the skin on your right hand but hopefully that won't b...

Anybody in that area or know anyone in that area? My prayers and thoughts are out to all those who were effected by the devestation. Along the lines of disaster relief and money donations are there any erging competetions that go to organizations and have people sponser the rowers at all?
