I lost my way

I got sick, got off of the erg, got well, and haven't been able to get 'regular' since. I'm on again and off again. And I hate it. It is Soooo much easier when it is a habit.

All suggestions welcome. Please.

Gus, I agree with all of your reasons. Let me add that at 5'2" the D seems like the right height to me. I have no desire to feel like I have to climb up as I often do with a bicycle. Of course if I were 6'5" I'd probably feel differently.

I'm in the middle Atlantic (US) pollen zone with asthma and recurrent sinus infections. I use the exact same regimen as Uncle Ben, above. I also make sure that I wash my hair before going to sleep and have an inexpensive air cleaner in the bedroom. I feel much better and I no longer get two sinus in...

Water is fine on the log card. But you must take a l o t of sugar in your coffee. My keyboard (Dell laptop at the moment) has survived coffee, coca-cola, and all manner of other liquid refreshment. The only way I have ever killed a keyboard is with orange juice. Unfortunately I've done that three ti...

We all know how this can be ended; the ball is in Dwayne's court, no one else’s. Nonsense. I'm nobody. I'm just an overweight old bat struggling to learn how to do this thing. I'm bopping along, dealing with whatever I deal with, reading, learning, when suddenly I find myself gobsmacked with some o...

I seriously considered the Divas, being in my Sunset Boulevard years, but I'm brand new and heavy and lousy at this. Y'all seem proish and experienced. I figured I'd just drag your times down :(

A sciatic nerve problem drove me to yoga. Between yoga and a podiatrist who ordered me up some excellent orthotics, it is just a distant memory.

I solved my blister problem but I'm not sure it is a solution that is available to everyone. In another life I am a knitter and spinner. I have been making my own socks for some while. I acquired some silk yarn (in a lovely variagated blue with bits of rose and silver, matching the erg nicely of cou...

If I just remove the log card at the end of a row it won't record. If I click back to the log card then remove it, it records nicely.

I am quite certain that I got an email from C2 telling me that the new rowing year stats wouldn't show up for a few days.

Heart rate monitor

I just got one. How on earth do I unbuckle the chest strap? I can't figure it out for the life of me. Surely it can't require a hammer and screwdriver. (Polar 31)
