Does anyone know how WW defines "race pace" and "moderate"? My normal routine is 5000k a day (as a newbie to the exercise and weight loss) in 30 minutes. That doesn't sound like a race pace to me but then again there are also 2 separate "race pace" entries in the points calc....<br><br>- b
