Greets,<br /><br />Decided to join up and throw my meters in the team's direction. Besides being of Welsh descent, in 1985 I spent 2 weeks drinking Brains in a pub by the brewery while my mates went off pony-trekking. I believe this should meet the requisites for membership.

OK, removing the batteries for a longer amount of time (I left them out for 60 minutes) allowed for a complete reset of the PM3.

OK, I found if I hold one of the buttons in for a while it will run a diagnostic. which eventually gives the following error set, which it is now stuck on.
