I would love to see a Lifetime Meters Honors Board. I think it would be a great motivator to keep rowing, day after day, year after year.
2006 will be my first full season as a log participant and I spend a lot of time looking at the names around mine on the Annual Meters Honors Board to see ...

It's a fun little game. The randomness helps with the replayability. However, the thought struck me that the pattern of the fish could be programmed to create a guide through a good interval workout. Stick to the program and you get a perfect score. Slow down or speed up at the wrong time and you lo...

C2 just started offering the PM3 as a retrofit for the Model A in November of 2005. I realize that I am probably one of the first people to purchase the upgrade. The PM3 is supposed to calculate the drag factor during every recovery. In fact it shouldn't be able to accurately measure the distance wi...

What I would most like to see in an improved monitor would be the ability to control what is displayed on the monitor. I would like to able to select Watts for the upper portion and Pace for the lower portion instead of average watts or avg watts/interval.

I would also like control over ...

I installed a PM3 on my model A erg a couple of weeks ago and I can't find where it shows me the drag factor. The manual show it being on the "More Options" screen but my screen only shows "Utilities" and "Edit Custom List". The PM3 came with version 90 of the firmware which I believe is the latest....

18,500 m today. 9,500 (43:20.1) in the morning and 9,000 (39:16.3) in the afternoon. A one day record for me. Also the first time I have rowed twice in one day. At 132,000 in the challange so far. Maybe, since work is slow this week I'll row twice a day a couple more time this week and try to catch ...

I have never used anything but a Model A. They had a few machines hidden away in a hard to find room in the gym at Drexel U. when I was ther in the early 80s. I bought my own after I graduated (I just wish I hadn't waitied for 18 years before I started using it regularly.) I have never even seen a n...

I am using a original Model A (I bought it in 1986 an never got into using it until this year) that still has the original speedometer. I have been making log entries by taking the amount of miles rowed and multiplying by 1,609.334 to get meters and assuming that this was correct. However, after loo...
