Re: Breathing

I am revisiting this thread as breathing patterns are now a new concern of mine since I am recovering from a rib stress reaction :( (or fracture  ). I believe that the rib stress was probably caused by overtraining, some nutrition deficiency, but also by improper breathing. I had a tendency to ...

Re: Questions about RowPro

Thanks for the right-click trick Slothful1. I was using the export button in the upper left corner of the analysis window and no format option there was actually saving stroke data. I am still somehow disappointed with the level of stats that is available in RowPro. This software should be packed wi...

Re: Questions about RowPro

I tried the RP trial version on a laptop I could put my hands on for a few hours and it turns out that if you have more than one user on your logcard (my case) you need to create the same users in RP. Then, you select the same user in RP and on the PM4 and the user specific HR monitor will be automa...

Re: Questions about RowPro

RowPro gets the HR data from the PM4. The PM4 does all of the interface pairing. Yes, thanks Citroen! Your explanation was clear the first time. Sorry if my second post made it look like I was still asking the same question, I was just trying to explain why I was asking this question in the first p...

Re: Questions about RowPro

The PM4 stores the ANT+ HR serial number on your logcard. It will automatically pair if the logcard is inserted when it powers up. Or when the logcard is inserted. RowPro gets ALL data from the CSAFE interface using the USB cable that includes HR data, if available. Yes, we have the two ANT+ HR aut...

Questions about RowPro

Hi, 1) I have two users setup on a single log card with two distinct Garmin heart monitors that are “remembered”. Will that be a problem with RowPro? I mean, will the heart monitor detection still be automatic? Actually, does RowPro use the PM4 users, or do you need to create users in RowPro? 2) Wha...

Re: Edit workout

I cannot believe the PM4 does not allow editing of workouts. This has to be the most useful function I would want. When you have a workout that works well and you just want to change one parameter, you must recreate it from scratch. I have a Model E, which is a great machine. The PM4 is also great, ...

Re: Writing data to PM4

Well, if this is the case, then I think this is one weakness of an otherwise really fine product. I think adding the workout modifying functionality to the PM4 would be great. I suppose that in a few months, my personalized workouts will be more stable and there will be less need for frequent modifi...

Re: Writing data to PM4

Thanks Citroen, I understand the limitation of PMI, which I am still planning to use for other purposes, but is there any other way (none PMI) to add/delete/modify favorites from code? If not, how do people usually change their customized workouts? Unless I am mistaken and there is another way to do...

Writing data to PM4

Hi there! I have downloaded and installed the SDK and PMI. This will basically be for creating personalized apps for myself which I will code in Microsoft Office VBA. I see that the PMI seems to be an ActiveX control to retrieve data from the PM4, but how do I get data into the PM4? I would rather d...
