Jim,

Thanks for the enlightening and excellent reply.

As a lay person, while your points make sense, I've been steered, especially by the McKenzie oriented PT, toward the idea that we are an "over-flexed" society - Holding the car steering wheel, the computer keyboard and mous...

Hi JCPC,

Where is your shop ?

"Relax the Back" touches upon a responsive chord for me. I have had back issues and I love "gadgets" ( I use that term with all due respect for the many helpful items you carry.) RTB appeals to both.

I'm glad to hear an erger is a franch...

Hello Fellow C2 Folks,

First of all, please know that my involvement with BOSU is limited, as with C2, to being a movement loving consumer of their product.

While product info is available at www.BOSU.com, recently a blog & forum related more broadly to matters BOSU has launche...

I am in accord with The Dude Abides. As I've posted before, a kettlebell is " a gym on a handle," and will last forever.

Stay strong,

Eddie

Just to steer this thread in a slightly different direction, a friend of mine commented about the very significant difference in feeling hot and sweating on slides because the ( to him, surprisingly significant, ) cooling effect of moving back and forth is lost.

Any comments on this ?

John,

As I have and use and enjoy the "core blaster" with parts from Home Depot, ( +/- 40 lbs. on it, ) please let me know the specs on the collar that you pick up to reduce the clanging. It certainly is a (relatively,) minor detail, but why not address it, especially for a .47 cent part ...

Here is a link to a "homemade core blaster". This is easy to assemble and relatively inexpensive. I think it is excellent for swings. ( Alas, only 2 handed swings though.) In fact, I like the fact that the weight seems to be even a bit further away than it is on a KB. ( That off centered aspect is t...

Dude Abides, ( "I don't know about you, but I take comfort in knowing that..." )
I have used KBs for about 2 years. They are a "gym on a handle," literally !

Xeno, it's hard for me to imagine you not loving them. IMHO, have a session with a DragonDoor.com certified instructor. As yo...

Thanks Frank,

I can appreciate being "The One" who wants to stop at C2, "while on vacation ?!", and adding slides to the vacation gear. ( Although you don't mention if you were alone or with others, my imagination is seeing the guy who "goes the extra mile" for his passion.) Way to go ! <...
