I am not sure if your heart rate is higher in a hotter environment, but I did notice that when I sit hunched up my heart rate was 8 to 10 beats per min higher than when I sat straifght up.

Cheers

Tom

Training

Woke up yesterday and decided to try my first marathon. What a pain in the butt.

I took it slow and had decided to stop for a minute to get up off the seat every 1/2 hour after I had rowed for the first hour. The first hour went by. My bum was sore. I rested. I carried on to the next half...

Training

No, I felt fine.

Having looked around on the internet, it could be caused by a loose chest strap. Apparently the strap can produce flase signals as it makes and breaks contact with the skin, esecialy when extending the arms as we do whilst rowing.

It did it 4 times over a 25min period. After the 4th time I was so spooked I slowed down to a 2:25 pace for the remainder...

Hi Chris

I have downloaded the Wolverine Generator and installed it, but there are no instructions.

What type of files does it generate. It looks like it generates files that are in the Row Pro directory. Does Row Pro read the files?

Regards

Tom

I was a bit nervous of rowing online against Roland, Westy etc as I
would probably only have rowed the 1st 8000m at 2:10 to 2:15 pace. So I
chickened out.

If I do join you guys, please don't wait for me. I am quite happy to be
at the back on my own. Just being part of the t...

George

It only happens if I do to rows. Normally I just do one coninues one. I guess you are right about the blood flow.

Its not a problem, as the light headedness dissappears quickly as the agony of rowing sets in.

Cheers

Tom

<!--QuoteBegin-Ge...
