force curve and technique
I am really trying to improve my technique. I do only strapless rowing, I have dropped my s/m to between 18-20. I noticed that my force curve has a plateau and then peaks before dropping. Is this bad? As well, my lower back is getting really sore now, it never used before. Any advice?[/img]

strapless erging
How do you row without the straps? My feet always fall off the foot placements. Any advice? As well, how will strapless rowing improve my technique?

I apologise if this has been discussed before, the old posts are not accessible so I cannot research them. My primary goal o...
